PRODUCTION TEAM

Producers and Production Managers will be allocated to a job by Sarah or Amy.

It is the responsibility of the Producer or Production Manager working on the job to select, option and confirm their Production Assistants and On Set-Runners. Please take time to carefully select your team, making sure they are relevant to the client/project and detailed on the approved estimate.

All teams must be approved by either Sarah or Amy before confirming.

Please update the Creative Blood Freelance Optioning Chart with all options.

OFFICE RUNNERS

XXXXXX books all office runners, and will communicate name/contact details with the Producer as soon as they are confirmed.

Runners are used in the office to prep production kits, label/fill water bottles, as well as help with any last minute requests the day before the shoot.

Following the shoot the runner will unpack all production kit, update the office of any items running low/missing/broken, and take any laundry to the dry cleaners.

Please ensure you’ve allowed for 2 days @ £150 per day in your estimate.
