Dial 72, followed by the number you wish to forward to, followed by #. For example: 723234724992 #
The phone that is receiving the forward calls will ring. Answer to activate.
To Disable Call Forwarding: DIAL *73#. Hang up.

All car services must be booked with a job number/job reference.

In order to start using Uber for jobs, please request the office to send you an invite to the CB corporate account. Log into your own Uber account and connect to CB. Make sure the CB credit card is added to your account so that you can use it for all CB rides.

Instructions for LAX Pick Up and Drop Off

ARRIVALS:
● Upon landing at LAX, collect your luggage from baggage claim.
● Call 310-410-2025 to request a shuttle for pickup. Tell them your
name and that California Rent A Car has a car waiting for you.
● Walk to the RED shuttle pick up area labeled “Hotel & Courtesy
Shuttles”.
DEPARTURES:
● Return rental vehicle to 6155 W 98th Street and let them know you
are returning a rental from California Rent A Car.
● You will be shuttled to your terminal for departure.

Once you have been added to the Creative Blood account you will be able to set up conference calls via the website or you calendar.
To arrange a conference call from your calendar add ‘invite@meetupcall.com’ to your meeting invite along with all other participants, and they’ll send you an email with options of how to dial in.
Conference call dashboard, Screen share, conference call recordings, touch dial in facilities are all available via Meet Up Call.
