MEETING LOG
The meeting log has been created to document the following:
ARTIST & PRODUCTION ENQUIRIES & MEETINGS:
These meetings happen on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis, depending on how busy the office is. The Office Manager will log all enquiries and meetings in the MEETING LOG, and update the meeting log with outcome / next steps once the meeting has happened.
NEW & EXISTING CLIENT MEETINGS:
There is a monthly catch up with the Directors & Heads of Depts to talk through all existing & potential new client meetings that have happened, and those scheduled for the month ahead. A record of these meetings are detailed in the MEETING LOG, along with meeting notes & next steps.
