LOCATIONS

Location scouts and companies that we regularly use are listed in the Black Book, please request details needed from your Exec Producer. SmugMug is the preferred software for presenting locations. Alternatively the Creative Blood Location template can be used if the client requests to see the locations in a PDF, this is saved in ‘TEMPLATES’ on dropbox.

If you’re shooting on location and need to get in touch with the local council/film office to apply for a permit, their details can be found here. Please be aware of the following average time constraints:

• Permitting parking spaces - 10 working days

• Permitting streets - 5 working days

• Traffic notice & Stop/Go - 10 working days (can be as much as 6 weeks in some boroughs)

Please liaise with your location scout, client, photographer/director and talent management to confirm what level of traffic management and security is needed for your shoot.

PRIVATE LOCATIONS

A Location agreement form. Please use this standard CB agreement where possible. If a location requires Creative Blood to sign a different form, please send it to your Executive Producer for approval before signing.
