We work on Google workspace, you can use this online or/and download it to your desktop. We use the workspace as our server and as our workspace for decks and files.

If you haven’t used this before, just ask Janet and she will be able to set you up with an induction.

Once you’re set up, the relevant job folder(s) will be shared with you.

We are all together in the office Tuesday to Thursday and if you prefer to, we have a flexible working policy Monday and Friday.

Working hours vary depending on our workload but as a general rule it’s a 9.30am to 6.30pm working day. 

Hot Desk - have a hot desk policy here; Sarah & Janet are based on the desk nearest to the CB meeting space, but otherwise all spots up for grabs and regularly change depending on who is working alongside who!

Dogs - We consider ourselves a pet friendly space. If you would like to bring in your dog, please let us know in advance; also be aware that you will need to have insurance covered for having your dog in the office. If dogs aren’t your thing and you feel uncomfortable with them, let us know.

Keep it tidy – This is our shared space, please place your dishes into the dishwasher (cleaner comes once a week)

If you’re popping out – Take the office key with you and return it to the drawer when you get back.

When the door buzzer rings – Please answer “Hello, Creative Blood!” and press the top buzzer to let them in. Please offer any guests tea/coffee/water

Security – We have a security camera operating (video only, no sound). It’s there for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw is connected to the CB OFFICE wifi. To add the printer to your Mac laptop, follow these instructions:

Go to Settings - Printers & Scanners

• Once in, press the + sign at the bottom left corner and a page will appear.

• If connected to CB OFFICE wifi, the name of the Printer : HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw will appear. 

• Click add at the bottom right of the page. The printer will then be added to your list of printers to choose from when printing a document. 

Building Entrance: is via the silver Franchi key.

Office Access: is via the mortice key and the padlock; code: 3678.  Please place the padlock by Jaz’s monitor.

OFFICE Last One Out Please: 

Turn off all lighting, dishwasher, heating, and fans.

Ensure all windows are closed.

Lock the office door using the mortice key and padlock.

Studio Access: Keys for the studio are kept in the desk draw opp Jaz

There are two doors and four locks:

First Door: Mortice key  and Yale key
Second Door: Mortice key and Keypad: code C1370Z

If you’re on your own, please keep the first door closed for your safety and the security of the office.

Last One Out Please: 

Turn off all lighting, dishwasher, heating, and fans.

Ensure all windows are closed.

Lock the office door using the 2 mortice keys and return keys.
