CLIENT GIFT BAGS


Every artist, client and team member travelling from abroad should receive a Creative Blood gift bag in their room. The producer working on the job will order their client’s gift bags on the intranet & arrange for them to be delivered to their hotels.

It is the role of the Office Manager to ensure that at any given time there is enough Creative Blood branded merchandise in the office to add to the gift bags, as well as booking & briefing the Production Runner to assemble the gift bags, and to purchase any additional items requested.


PROCESS:

  • The producer will add all of the items they require to their shopping cart, and order online using the ‘100%’ discount code when they get to the checkout.

  • The order will be emailed automatically to you from Squarespace, and should contain details of which person is receiving which gifts. Please make a note of all gifts received in the GIFT LOG.

  • Check that you have enough of the Creative Blood branded merchandise, and give to the Production Runner to start assembling the gift bags.

  • Brief the Production Runner to buy the remaining gifts. They need to write the job number on the receipts, scan and email them to the producer that placed the order. They also need to give the hard copies of the receipts to the producer to include in their wrap folder.

  • Please make a note of the date the gift bags are required, as it’s your responsibility to ensure that the producer has the gift bags ahead of the date needed.

  • Please note that gift bags for anyone travelling to/from abroad should include a travel adaptor. If the producer hasn’t included these, please remind them to do so.
