CATERING

Catering is important to Creative Blood. Please take time to carefully select the right caterers for your shoot.

A list of all tried and tested caterers are in the Black Book, please ask your Exec for access if you need them. We’ve detailed our current favourites below:

Please ensure you reach out to your teams for dietary requirements, and always have a selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, nut free options available on set.

In addition to the standard catering, where possible Creative Blood would always like the following available on set:

  • Craft Table - consisting of fresh fruit, healthy snacks, as well as good quality chocolate and treats. Please refer to the list of approved brands when creating your shopping lists.

  • Milk - a range of ice cold milk to include whole, skimmed, oat and almond milk should be available on set

  • Ice - please always ensure that you have ice on set, and that cold drinks can be provided at all times,

  • Flowers - should be ordered ahead of the shoot and be on craft and dining tables. Two local options are:

  • Candles - Diptyque or Earl of East London Candles should be on set. These can be ordered in advance by your Office Runner.

  • Magazines - A range of magazines should be available on set. Please select from the list of approved titles, and ask your Office Runner to purchase them for you.

  • Menus - please create and print Creative Blood branded menus and have them displayed for all meals. Please use the Creative Blood menu template that is saved in ‘TEMPLATES’ on dropbox.

  • Snack bags for travelling - if your shoot requires you to travel between locations, please organise for Creative Blood tote bags to be filled with snacks, chewing gum, and drinks to be available in each vehicle. Please also ensure chargers and wifi dongles are available in each car, as well as the relevant PPE.

When selecting your caterers/placing Ocado orders/ordering food online, please be mindful of Creative Blood’s commitment to sustainability.

Where possible please avoid plastics, request re-usable plates and cutlery and encourage composting.
